Instant Tuna :b

Everyone knows instant food is magic and its a god given thing! haha. So today i was kind of hungry and craved for tuna. But somehow bread and tuna alone seemed boring to me. So, i spiced it up alittle bit i guess?

So in this 'snack' I used:
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese (would've put more but on a diet currently)
- A few slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 pack of ready made vegetables which consists of carrot, broccoli and corn.
- Salt
- White Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Chilli Powder (its up to you! I like it spicy)
- Mexican Oregano

How did I make it?
Its very easy though! Well, most of the ingredients are instant so .. ;; sorry i cant cook but i like sharing my day so...

1) Slice the cheese into 3 slices and then cut them up horizontally so that you will get 9 squares. Or you can just tear them up , if you feel lazy.
2) Heat up a saucepan and put one tablespoon of butter into it. Let it melt and pour in the bag of vegetables and fry it alittle at low heat.
3) Throw in the tuna chunks! But make sure there isn't any tuna/fish water from the can going into the saucepan. So, I would suggest you to use a strainer before putting in the tuna chunks.
4) Add in a pinch of salt, chilli powder, white and black pepper. If it tastes bland, add more salt.
5) Add cheese and keep stirring them at low heat. Then add the mexican oregano!
6) Squeeze some mayonnaise out on both slices of bread and scoop some tuna mixture onto the bread. Thats all!
That was lame . im so sorry. I like cooking but i feel so lazy today.
I promise I will try to share more and make more dishes that are alittle more complex than this. Hehe. Enjoy (:
